You will have a varied role where you work with customer service and related administration throughout the entire order process. About the Role You will work with customer service and related administration throughout the entire order process. Your responsibilities include registering and following up on customer inquiries, order and invoice management, delivery monitoring, and coordinating with internal departments and external partners. You will also document complaints and other discrepancies in the company's system. What We're Looking For You have experience in customer service, order administration, or similar work and are familiar with working in the M3 business system. You communicate fluently in Swedish, English, and at least one additional Nordic language.
