Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with service and who can maintain a professional and positive tone regardless of the situation. You are accustomed to working independently, take responsibility for your tasks, and ensure that matters are resolved. The telephone is your primary tool, and you communicate clearly, calmly, and with a service-oriented approach.

High school education, experience from customer service is a merit.
Very good Swedish and English in speech and writing.
Experience with phone-based customer service, sales, and upselling.
Good knowledge of the Office package, particularly Word and Excel.
High service awareness and good collaboration skills.
Accustomed to working toward set goals in a team environment.
Interest in the automotive industry is a merit, preferably knowledge of electric vehicles.
What does the role involve?
In this role, you will become part of the customer service team where you help customers via phone, email, and chat. You handle inquiries related to both products and services and work closely with resellers to provide appropriate support. The work includes both simpler and more complex cases, and you actively seek information within the organization to provide correct answers. Interested?
