Who are we looking for?
We are looking for you who enjoys working with service and who can maintain a professional and positive tone regardless of the situation. You are used to working independently, take responsibility for your tasks, and ensure that matters are resolved. The phone is your primary tool, and you communicate clearly, calmly, and in a service-oriented manner.
As a person, you are responsible, structured, and have a positive attitude. You plan and prioritize your work naturally and contribute to a good atmosphere in the team. We are looking for someone who has:
Secondary education; experience in customer service/customer support is a merit.
Very good Swedish and English in speech and writing.
Experience with phone-based customer service, sales, and upselling.
Good knowledge of the Office suite, mainly Word and Excel.
High service awareness and good collaboration skills.
Accustomed to working towards set goals in a team environment.
Interest in the automotive industry is a merit, preferably knowledge of electric vehicles.
What does the role entail?
In this role, you will be part of the customer service team where you help customers via phone, email, and chat. You handle inquiries relating to both products and services and work closely with resellers to provide proper support. The work includes both simpler and more complex cases, and you actively seek information within the organization to provide correct answers. Interested?
