We are looking for an engaged and relationship-building customer relations coordinator who wants to contribute to strengthening safety and well-being for our tenants. The role combines strategic development work with operational presence in our residential areas and suits you if you are comfortable collaborating, building relationships and driving change together with others.
Safety is one of our most important issues. Therefore, we actively work together with municipal authorities, police, schools, safety centers, associations and other actors to create safe and attractive living environments.
About the role
As a customer relations coordinator, you have clear area responsibility where you work long-term and preventatively to strengthen safety and well-being. You analyze needs, prioritize interventions and develop action plans together with internal and external partners.
You are an important link between the company, our tenants and various collaboration actors. Through dialogue, presence and relationship building, you contribute to trust and good conditions for sustainable residential areas.
The role also includes direct contact with tenants, including in eviction prevention work and during social or economic distress. You will be part of the residential social group and work together with colleagues with a focus on well-being and safety. Evening work may occur.
Your tasks
In the role you will, among other things:
work strategically and operatively for increased safety and well-being
be responsible for area-specific action plans and coordinate interventions
lead area meetings regarding safety, well-being and eviction prevention work
collaborate with, for example, social services, schools, police, healthcare and care services and safety centers
conduct home visits and participate in residential dialogues
support housing attendants in early and preventive measures
initiate and follow up activities together with residential developers
train and support colleagues within conversation methods, communication and crime and eviction prevention work
follow up statistics and contribute analysis for business development
Qualifications
To succeed in the role of customer relations coordinator, you need to have a good ability to plan, organize and prioritize your work. You take independent responsibility, build structures that others can work from and work towards the company's common goals.
You are confident in meeting with people, communicate clearly and adapt to situations and recipients. You have good collaboration skills, build relationships of trust and contribute to the whole. We place great importance on your personal qualities.
We are looking for someone who has:
relevant university education in, for example, social work, behavioral science, social sciences or other education deemed equivalent
experience from the housing sector, social services, safety-creating work or other relevant activities
knowledge of crime prevention and eviction prevention work
very good ability to express yourself in Swedish in speech and writing as well as good knowledge of English
very good computer skills and experience with digital working methods
B driver's license
