Customer Service Representative - Auto Repair Shop in Stockholm

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for our car repair shop, Mattssons Auto Center, located on Kungsholmen. As a customer service representative, you are the face of our shop and work to provide our customers with excellent service and experience. You are responsible for greeting customers, registering incoming vehicles, providing information about repairs and maintenance, and completing billing. You will also help maintain a clean and presentable workshop. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and register incoming vehicles Provide information about repairs and maintenance services Complete billing and payment processes Contribute to keeping the workshop clean and professional Qualifications: Good knowledge of Swedish and English Careful and organized work approach Customer-oriented and service-focused demeanor Strong IT skills for working with our systems Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
