Responsibilities As a customer service manager, you play a central role in operations, serving as the link between customers, service technicians, and the parts department. You are responsible for receiving incoming service requests, creating and managing work orders, and ensuring the right work is planned, prioritized, and followed up. You work closely with the workshop and play an important role in ensuring daily operations run efficiently. This means you need to be able to make decisions, prioritize between different tasks, and ensure work progresses according to plan. You become a natural contact point for both customers and technicians and therefore need to be comfortable communicating clearly, providing clear information, and handling situations where different needs and priorities compete. This role requires significant independence and suits you if you like taking initiative and contributing to operations running as smoothly as possible. Your responsibilities include: Receive and handle incoming customer requests via phone, email, and in person Register, manage, and follow up on work orders Plan, coordinate, and follow up on daily workshop operations Serve as the contact person between customers, service technicians, and the parts department Handle invoicing, time reporting, and other workshop administration Ensure customers receive clear feedback and that requests are progressed according to plan Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities Requirements: Experience from an administrative and customer-facing role, preferably with similar responsibilities Strong administrative skills and experience working in a structured manner Good computer skills and experience working with various business or administrative systems Class B driver's license Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written Merit Factors: Experience as a customer service manager, service advisor, or workshop administrator Experience from the automotive, construction equipment, truck, bus, or agricultural industry Good vehicle technical knowledge Experience with work order management and workshop processes Experience coordinating, planning, or allocating work This role suits you if you have an interest in technology and enjoy working in an environment where you collaborate closely with operations.
