Customer Reception Representative at Ramirent

We are now seeking an engaged and driven LMF (delivery, reception, and function check) professional who wants to contribute to a well-functioning logistics flow with the customer in focus. The day begins with a quick team meeting where you go through what is planned – but the pace can change quickly, so flexibility is an important part of the job. You will handle and prepare machines and materials for delivery, receive goods, and work in the internal business system to ensure everything is registered correctly. The role also includes visiting customers to deliver or pick up machines, which means many meetings and interactions – so you need to enjoy working with people and have a professional yet unpretentious attitude. You support each other as a team, but take responsibility for your own parts of the workday. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for someone who is technically inclined, preferably handy and curious about machines. You have basic technical understanding, are solution-oriented, and enjoy practical work. A B-class driver's license is required, as part of the work involves visiting customer sites. You have good computer skills and feel confident working with the Office suite. It's a plus if you have a forklift certificate, good knowledge of machines and materials, and the ability to understand customer needs and suggest the right machine solutions. If you also have previous experience in a similar role where you've needed to quickly find solutions in unexpected situations, that's a clear advantage. As a person, you are positive, engaged, and take initiative easily. You are flexible, unpretentious, and able to adapt when the workday changes. You work independently but also enjoy collaborating with others and are committed to contributing to a good atmosphere and a well-functioning team.
