Customer Reception / Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a customer reception specialist who will be responsible for all customer contacts and the handling of our customers in collaboration with the rest of the organization. You will work in our booking and planning system and be responsible for receiving and releasing cars, telephone contact with customers, and booking damage inspections. Additional administrative tasks related to these processes will also be included.
