Customer Service Representative - Auto Repair Shop

Customer Service Representative needed for auto repair shop in Stockholm We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented customer service representative for our auto repair shop in Stockholm. This is a full-time position that begins with a trial employment period. As a customer service representative, you are the link between our customers and mechanics. You are responsible for ensuring that customers receive professional treatment and clear information throughout their workshop visit. Responsibilities - Receive customers at the workshop, by phone, and by email - Book services, repairs, and diagnostics - Create work orders and plan work together with the mechanics - Provide quotes and inform customers about repairs - Order spare parts as needed - Follow up on ongoing work and keep the customer informed - Handle payments, invoices, and other administrative tasks - Contribute to good organization and efficient customer flow in the workshop We are looking for someone who - Has previous experience from an auto repair shop, automotive industry, or similar operations - Has good knowledge of cars, service, and common repairs - Is service-oriented, responsible, and solution-focused - Can communicate clearly and professionally with both customers and colleagues - Can handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Has good computer skills and learns new systems easily - Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written - Has a valid driver's license (Class B) Experience as a customer service representative, service advisor, parts department employee, or mechanic is a plus.
