HSB Södra Norrland operates in Gävleborg, Västernorrland, and Jämtland. We serve approximately 450 housing cooperatives and other property owners with a comprehensive range of property management services. HSB also has approximately 2,000 rental apartments in the region. We have about 230 skilled employees, and we now need reinforcement with possible placement in Sundsvall, Gävle, or Bollnäs. We are looking for a person who wholeheartedly wants to contribute to our continued positive development.
Responsibilities and Tasks
Your main tasks will be to receive questions from our members and residents regarding their housing and membership. You will staff our telephone switchboard, handle incoming emails and chat together with colleagues at several of our different locations in our region. You may also man our reception.
Experience
You enjoy working with service and keeping the customer in focus. You have experience with telephone service, administrative work, and are comfortable working with computers.
Personal Qualities
You are a positive, independent, and service-oriented person who enjoys helping others, likes talking on the phone, and appreciates a fast-paced work environment. You are flexible, work well in collaboration, and work in a structured manner. Furthermore, you have good communication skills and express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. We expect you to share our values and that your approach to customers, colleagues, and members is characterized by them.
