About the Job Would you like to combine customer service, administration, business development and system support in a mission-critical operation? We are now looking for a Customer Coordinator Water and Sewage who wants to help develop our customer processes and create a modern, efficient and customer-oriented water and sewage operation. This is an administrative specialist role with a strong focus on customer processes, water and sewage rates and business development. The Customer and Business Support Unit currently consists of 10 employees reporting directly to the Business Area Manager. Currently, three of these work with customer service issues in various ways. There is also a network within the company for all those who work with customer issues where experiences are exchanged and collaboration takes place between the different business areas. Responsibilities This is a broad and varied position. The role suits you if you thrive with many contact points, have a structured working approach and want to help develop future water and sewage services. The position has broad responsibility for customer administration and business development for water and sewage. The focus is on customer contacts, subscription and billing issues, handling of water and sewage matters, and developing efficient working methods, digital services and system support. The role also includes statistical and financial work, certain system management issues, and participation in or driving of development projects within the customer and rate area. Your main areas of work: Customer Service and Administration - Customer contacts in various matters and investigations, primarily via phone, email and in case management systems - Customer billing - Handling incoming customer matters and correspondence - Handling service notifications and connection fees together with the responsible water and sewage engineer - Handling water and sewage subscriptions, moving notifications, water meters and self-readings - Administrative support within the business area, posting of invoices etc. Rates, Finance and Follow-up - Manage and update rates in the billing system - Collection and quality assurance of statistics for internal and external reports - Administration of our inventory system (pipe storage), with recording of purchases and withdrawals, and inventory of stock, together with a colleague - Assist with financial information to the finance unit of the company, prepare invoice documentation for certain internal/external work in consultation with work supervisors Development and System Support - Participation in creating information materials and brochures, and documentation in rate work - Develop and improve processes and routines in our customer administration - Participate in and drive certain development projects within the customer and rate area - Involvement in system management issues regarding water and sewage in our billing system (EDP Future) - Development of customer-facing services (Self-service, E-services, instructions, templates) Who Are You? As a candidate for this position, you have post-secondary education and experience in the finance field or another area that the employer deems relevant. You also have experience with customer service-related matters (preferably water and sewage billing), and an understanding of technical issues. For you, it is important to do a good job and always deliver good service to customers and colleagues. You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. We also see that you have an easy time creating and maintaining good relationships and a talent for quickly getting up to speed on new assignments. You have the ability to plan, structure and organize your work. You can express yourself well both verbally and in writing in Swedish and, if needed, in English. You are thorough, organized and orderly, and enjoy working with both development and case handling. You have good computer skills and are experienced in working with different systems. It is also important that you have good communication skills and a professional demeanor, as you will in many ways be a face to our customers on many issues. You find it easy to collaborate with others and can work independently. You are flexible and adaptable. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
