Glowd is growing and is now looking for a customer coordinator for the team in Stockholm. In this role, you are often the customer's first point of contact and play a crucial role in the entire customer journey. You combine sales, customer service, and administration in a role with many touchpoints.
Main responsibilities:
Conduct consultations and work with consultative sales
Handle bookings, customer support, and follow-up via phone and email
Ensure that documentation and information are correct before treatments
Follow up with customers and contribute to upselling where relevant
To succeed in this role, you have:
Experience with customer contact and preferably consultative sales
A strong interest in beauty and aesthetic treatments
Good communication skills in both speech and writing
Ability to work in a structured manner and drive your work forward
We are looking for someone with a very strong interest in aesthetic injections. Not just beauty or aesthetic injections in general, but you have either worked in this environment or have spent considerable time deepening your knowledge yourself. Furthermore, we would like to see that you are service-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you combine customer contact, administration, and sales.
