We're now looking for a new Customer Flow Manager who, with a genuine passion for food, fresh drive, and a twinkle in your eye, wants to be part of creating Strömstad's best grocery store.
As Customer Flow Manager, you're responsible for all areas of the store related to customer interactions, where you drive initiatives and activities aimed at maximizing customer satisfaction. You have full personnel responsibility and achieve your goals through your team's performance. In this role, you lead, coach, engage, and follow up with your employees based on shared working methods. You ensure excellent customer experiences at both service points and throughout the store, and you plan and execute marketing activities to strengthen the customer offering on the local market. As Customer Flow Manager, you're responsible for the produce department and the store's fresh food counters, with continuous quality assurance in these areas. This role is a development of the previous fresh produce manager position.
Your main responsibilities include:
Ensuring excellent customer experience and development of customer offerings
Results accountability for customer interactions
Personnel management
Daily store operations
You're part of the store's management team and therefore have overall responsibility for the store's results. In the management group, you primarily drive development and activities within customer flow. In your role, you report to the Store Manager.

Together with your team, you're responsible for ensuring the store is sales-driven, constantly developing, and attractive to always exceed our customers' expectations. We place great emphasis on your leadership skills, as managing and developing employees is a significant part of your daily responsibilities. To succeed in this, you must communicate easily, be clear in your leadership style, be enthusiastic, and use your social awareness. Previous experience in roles with personnel responsibility and scheduling is highly valued. Prior experience working in retail with a focus on fresh produce, preferably fish and delicatessen, is advantageous.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a start date to be agreed upon. A 6-month probation period applies. Recruitment is ongoing, so the position may be filled before the final application date. Working hours are primarily daytime but may also include evenings and weekends.

Previous experience in a role with personnel responsibility is strongly valued.
Previous experience working in retail is a requirement.

Completed upper secondary education is a requirement.
