About the Position As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in an open office environment alongside service-minded colleagues. You'll experience a fast-paced setting and answer customer questions via phone and email. The most common inquiries involve pricing questions, invoices, complaints, and refunds. Øresundsbron's customers speak Swedish, Danish, and English, so it's a requirement that you have a good understanding of all three languages. Your working hours will be Monday - Friday 08:45-17:15. Your main responsibilities will include: Focusing on outstanding customer experience Meeting established KPIs Handling incoming calls via phone and responding to emails Other administrative tasks, such as mail handling and registration The Customer Service Representative position is a consulting assignment as needed through Adecco. About You We're looking for someone who is service-minded and interested in a long-term flexible position. You work approximately two days per week during school terms and are available to work full-time during Christmas and summer. You have previous experience with customer contact, and experience in customer service is a merit. To succeed in the role, you need to have good communication skills, be comfortable building relationships, be solution-focused, and adaptable. Since you'll be working in multiple systems, you need to be computer-savvy and a quick learner. To thrive in the role, you need to have a positive attitude and be able to contribute to a good atmosphere at the workplace. Important for the position: You are currently a student or have another main occupation of at least 50% If you're studying - at least three terms of studies remaining Available to work two days per week, plus full-time during Christmas and summer Previous experience in service and customer contact Good knowledge of Swedish and English Basic understanding of the Danish language Merits for the position: Experience in customer service where you've handled inquiries via phone, email, or chat Fluent Danish skills, or Danish as your native language NOTE! Start date for this position is November 4, 2026. The position starts with training that will be held on the dates specified below.
