Your Responsibilities As Customer Center Manager, you have overall responsibility for the customer center's results, personnel, and daily operations. The role is both strategic and operational – you lead the team forward while staying close to the operation and supporting where needed. Your main areas of responsibility: - Lead, coach, and develop the team – including employee and salary discussions - Ensure a safe work environment and drive systematic occupational health work (SAM) - Financial responsibility: budget, invoice handling, and result follow-up - Drive sales and build long-term customer relationships, including customer visits This is a full-time position at our customer center in Västberga. Your Profile We are looking for a confident, clear, and business-driven leader who can create structure and stability in a high-paced operation. To succeed in this role, we believe you: - Have previous experience in management or leadership, preferably in an operational environment - Are clear and consistent in your leadership, and confident in maintaining direction even when conditions are challenging - Have the ability to set boundaries, follow up, and ensure compliance with routines and practices - Are unpretentious and present – you support the team in daily work and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed - Have an easy way of building trust with both employees and customers through clear communication and ensure everyone knows what's expected - Are organized, proactive, and used to taking responsibility for results - Have good computer skills and are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written - Have a B-class driver's license Meritorious: experience in sales, equipment rental, or the construction industry, as well as knowledge of industry terminology and processes.
