We partner with ambitious companies in several industries — SaaS, HR, marketing, telecom, public procurement, finance and more — to help them grow through qualified B2B meetings. Due to increased demand, we are now looking for driven meeting bookers who are communicative, self-directed and motivated by creating business opportunities. Your Responsibilities As a meeting booker at MeetLab, you play a central role in our clients' sales. Your tasks include: Making outbound calls to decision-makers at small and medium-sized enterprises Booking qualified meetings for the sales teams you work with Understanding customer needs and matching them to the offering Working with modern tools: CRM, dialer, dashboards and more Following structured working methods and meeting clear targets Delivering professional calls that spark interest and build trust What We Offer You Opportunity to work fully remote or from our office in Malmö Competitive compensation model Chance to work with companies in several European countries Modern working approach, good tools and clear processes Good development opportunities within MeetLab Matching with companies where your specific languages are needed A safe and efficient recruitment process Who Are You?
