Customer Manager for our facility in Umeå Our customer managers are now moving on to new challenges and we are looking for a new person who is passionate about doing business and creating good relationships with our existing customers. With us, you will be part of a customer service team of 4 people and at the facility we have a total of approximately 25 employees. More specifically, the role includes: As a Customer Manager, you create good and long-term relationships with our customers in Sweden You plan and independently carry out your customer visits and customer activities You deliver a business-like and attractive solution for the customer You renegotiate and save existing agreements You have your own budget and KPIs You work in close collaboration with our sales team and service personnel 3-4 days/week you are out with customers (travel days with overnight stays occur) Who are you? You are a structured, persistent and goal-oriented person who always keeps the customer in focus. You are great at handling different personalities and can handle different situations without losing your professionalism. You are driven by meeting new people, doing business and closing deals. In this recruitment, we will place great emphasis on your personal qualities. What can you do? Experience with customer contacts is a requirement and business acumen is a must to succeed in this position. A couple of years of experience in similar work tasks where successful customer contact from B2B is particularly valuable. You have at least a high school education and master Microsoft Office. You speak and write Swedish fluently. A driver's license is required.
