Responsibilities We are seeking a Client Manager Accounting Consultant for our office in Mjölby or Linköping. Today we have 14 employees distributed across the two locations and offer a close and collaborative work environment. In this role, you will work with a varied portfolio of clients consisting of companies in different industries and sizes. Our focus on owner-led businesses gives you the opportunity to build long-term relationships and develop a deep understanding of our clients' operations. You hold overall responsibility for your client portfolio and work both operationally and in an advisory capacity. The work includes qualified bookkeeping tasks, where financial statements, annual reports, and tax returns form a central part. You also serve as a mentor for more junior colleagues by sharing your knowledge and contributing to their development. Your main responsibilities include: Financial statements, annual reports, income tax returns, and reporting Reconciliations and work with taxes, VAT, and employer declarations Quality assurance of deliverables Advisory and strategic support to clients Some handling of ongoing bookkeeping Support and coaching of junior colleagues Who are you? You are an experienced accounting consultant with several years of experience who has built up solid and stable expertise in bookkeeping. You enjoy sharing your knowledge and actively contribute to developing both colleagues and work methods. As a person, you are helpful, positive, and unpretentious, with a natural commitment to supporting others. We would like to see that you are proactive and comfortable in situations where you represent the business, for example by participating in networking. You also have a business-minded approach and enjoy being involved in developing the business—by creating new client relationships and contributing to the growth of the office in a trustworthy and professional manner. We are looking for someone who: Has several years of accounting experience Has previously worked at an accounting or audit firm Independently manages the entire accounting workflow including ongoing bookkeeping, income tax returns, annual financial statements, and annual reports in accordance with K2 regulations Holds post-secondary education in economics Speaks Swedish fluently and has basic knowledge of English It is particularly meritorious if you: Are an authorized accounting consultant Have experience with client responsibility Have an interest in business and enjoy building client relationships and contributing to company growth Have experience with K3 regulations Have experience with Fortnox and/or Capego Our benefits in brief! 30 vacation days Hybrid opportunities & flexible working hours 5000 kr wellness allowance & shared wellness activities 1 wellness hour per week during work time Occupational health services via Avonova Occupational pension Collective agreement Practical information Start: Immediately, subject to notice period Location: Mjölby or Linköping Employment form: Full-time, permanent position with initial probation period Salary: Fixed according to agreement This process is handled by Klara Consulting.
