Hela Företagshälsa in Norrtälje is seeking a customer and marketing manager for Norrtälje and Åkersberga.
We are a local and committed occupational health service that works in a health-promoting, preventive, and rehabilitative manner together with our client companies. Our services include workplace environment, health check-ups, risk analyses, rehabilitation, and organizational development. Our goal is to create sustainable and thriving workplaces through close and personal collaboration with our customers.
Your Role
As we grow in both Norrtälje and Åkersberga, we are seeking a customer and marketing manager who can drive our operational customer work as well as strategic market and brand building efforts forward together with the CEO and management team.
The main work tasks will be:
· Regular customer contact with our corporate clients.
· Seeking out and contacting potential customers.
· Monitoring the external environment and following the market.
· Together with the CEO, update the marketing plan as well as analyses of results and purchased services.
· Be part of the management team with focus on market issues and contribute strategies to reach our set goals.
· Responsibility for social media. Media agency is involved with annual plan for marketing activities where you will also be an important part.
Qualifications
We are looking for a person who is social, communicative, and has an easy time creating contacts and building trust. It is important to be business-driven and to keep the customer in focus. You need to enjoy having varied days and being able to switch between different tasks to maintain momentum.
Qualities
We would like to see that you have experience in occupational health. As a provider or in a similar previous role. It is important that you understand the industry's conditions, legal requirements, and the challenges our customers face.
Most important to us is that you are comfortable with proactive sales/consulting and have experience managing and developing existing customers. It is also important that you are confident in producing persuasive posts and texts for customers. We use Canva and Mailchimp and are present on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Having had a previous leadership role is a merit, as is being a licensed nurse, rehabilitation coordinator, or occupational safety engineer.

We currently have 12 employees and 8 consultants working together. You will work in a truly dedicated expert team where we meet many pleasant and interesting customers from throughout Roslagen. The position is a permanent employment at 80–100%, by agreement.
