As an administrative coordinator, you will be an important part of the administrative department and actively involved in several central processes. Your main responsibilities will be in internal controls, statistics, and CSRD reporting, but the role also involves contributing where administrative needs arise. What you will be working with In this role, you will, among other things: follow up on administrative processes and contribute to good and structured documentation participate in preparing materials for reporting to the board and group management, including CSRD participate in internal control work, follow-up, and documentation contribute to developing work with statistics as well as related tools and methods contribute to other administrative tasks, for example within the finance function, when needed help develop the company's administrative processes and procedures The work takes place in close collaboration with other functions in the department as well as with IT and payroll, among others.
