JOB DUTIES The work tasks are varied and may include: • selling tickets and providing service in the ticket office • informing visitors about Kulturens Hus and current events • welcoming the public and guests at our events • scanning tickets and helping visitors find their seats • contributing to our events being conducted in a professional, safe, and welcoming manner • collaborating with colleagues to create the best possible experience for our guests Work shifts are scheduled during daytime, evenings, and weekends, which means we are seeking someone who is flexible with working hours. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who: • has a high school diploma or other education that the employer deems equivalent • has experience in service, customer interaction, or other work where interaction with people has been an important part of the task • expresses yourself well in Swedish and English, both spoken and written • has good computer skills and is quick to learn new systems For you to thrive with us, we believe that you: • enjoy meeting people and providing top-notch service • are responsible, flexible, and solution-oriented • are good at teamwork and contribute to a positive team spirit • are organized and can handle multiple tasks at once • have good judgment and a professional manner even when the pace is high • want to ensure that every visitor leaves Kulturens Hus with a positive experience At Kulturens Hus, several activities often take place simultaneously, which requires you to be able to prioritize, remain calm, and provide good customer service even when there is a lot to do.
