Position candidates must meet the following requirements:
desired higher or secondary special education in the culture field;
ability to develop, prepare, and conduct cultural events;
ability to plan work in accordance with set goals, priorities, and within the defined budget;
skills to use information technology for performing job duties;
valid electronic signature (eID or eParaksts mobile).
Main duties of the Cultural Events Organizer (in the structural unit "Ozolmuiža Parish Culture Center"):
develop creative projects related to the culture field;
when organizing events, cooperate with other municipal cultural institutions and their artistic amateur groups where possible;
analyze public interests and needs in the culture field, evaluate priorities;
plan cultural center events in accordance with national, regional, and municipal cultural event plans;
plan cultural center events in accordance with national, regional, and municipal cultural event plans;
promote your cultural institution, associations, and municipality within the country;
ensure the economic activities of the culture center – maintain records, preservation, and acquisition of inventory, costumes, and other material assets in use within the budget framework.
Base salary: 499.00 EUR during the trial period. After the trial period – according to evaluation.

The competition is organized in two rounds. In the first round, the competition commission evaluates the documents submitted by position candidates and their compliance with qualification requirements.
