We are looking for an experienced and reliable colleague to join our team in the hot kitchen of our hotel restaurant.
Your responsibilities will include:
- independent preparation and cooking of dishes
- preparation of hot and cold dishes according to hotel recipes and standards
- ensuring quality, taste, and aesthetic presentation of dishes
- maintaining proper cooking techniques (boiling, baking, frying, braising, etc.)

- have experience working in a kitchen. Professional training in the field is a plus, not a requirement
- are independent, careful, responsible, and able to work as part of a team
- are flexible with your schedule and willing to work in shift operations

We are pleased to offer:

- work with irregular hours (including weekends and holidays)
- starting gross base salary of 31,700 Kč per month. You will receive all statutory allowances. After the training period, you will receive personal compensation of up to 3,000 Kč per month. We also offer special bonuses and quarterly bonuses. On average, after the training period you will earn approximately 43,000 Kč net. We increase salaries every year in accordance with the collective agreement
- after the probationary period, you are entitled to additional benefits: retirement savings contribution (currently 500 to 1,000 Kč per month), meals in the hotel staff dining room currently at 10 Kč per dish, accommodation options and access to spa procedures at discounted employee rates in the hotel limited to 12,000 Kč per year, free access to Saunia Thermal Resort with thermal water pool limited to 10,000 Kč per year, discounted vacation packages at employee rates (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary), educational programs (foreign languages, professional development, knowledge expansion, work support), discounted admission to selected cultural, social, and sporting events; parking in hotel garages at discounted rates
