Work Location: Hotel Excelsior, Hlavní třída 121/46, 353 01 Mariánské Lázně and Hotel Monty, Příkrá 218, 353 01 Mariánské Lázně. Permanent position (with probationary period). Start date: Immediate. Working hours: According to established schedule between 6:00-14:00 h and 17:00-20:30 h. Job responsibilities: Ensure smooth kitchen operations, produce the established product range according to production plans, adhere to specified cooking procedures and food preparation standards, provide a complete selection of hot and cold kitchen products during all operating hours, monitor the quality of served dishes. Requirements: Ability to work independently, industry experience and vocational training in the field are advantageous.
