Initial contact: by email Fixed-term employment contract for two years, with the possibility to transition to an indefinite contract. Work in a kitchen serving male inmates; experience with restaurant food preparation is advantageous, along with knowledge of cooking procedures and food preparation standards, approachable attitude, speed, flexibility, willingness to learn new skills, and basic computer skills (Word, email). Shift work - working hours from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (long and short weeks), primarily cooking Czech cuisine including various types of dietary meals. We require: good physical and mental health, clean criminal record Employee benefits: 7,000 CZK contribution from the FKSP (employee benefits fund) for vacation and meals, 25 days of vacation, 5 sick days, access to recreation facilities managed by the Ministry of Justice, stable employment
