Looking for a fun part-time job? We at Vår Omtanke are now seeking a personal assistant who wants to work with a woman in Nacka. In this role, you'll make a difference in someone's life and work with us toward our vision – Everyone deserves a good life. About the Position We are currently looking for female assistants for a wonderful and cheerful 50-year-old woman near Nacka Strand. She uses a wheelchair, and you'll help with cooking, cleaning, laundry, personal hygiene, and more. There are also opportunities to do fun things together like going on outings and listening to music. She lives with two chinchillas that you'll help care for together with her. She loves attending rock concerts and visiting museums, so it's a plus if you enjoy these things too. Who Are You? We're looking for someone who is female, can take initiative, is understanding, and ideally not easily stressed. It's important that you enjoy working with people and can solve problems. This isn't a job where you take orders and execute them; rather, it's about doing things together with our client – that's why personal chemistry matters. You should not have fur allergies since there are two chinchillas in the home. You must be at least 23 years old, but preferably older to match the client. The client's speech is affected, so you need to speak fluent Swedish to understand the client. What Do You Get? Wellness benefits, training, and thorough introduction. We have a collective agreement. Work Hours and Employment Level: Work hours are weekdays and weekends from 11 PM to 11 PM/midnight. We're looking for someone willing to work as a substitute when regular assistants are absent and approximately 1 fixed shift per month (often weekends), possibly with increased employment level later on. During summer, there will be opportunities for 2-3 shifts/week during July and August. Salary: Fixed hourly rate by agreement, other compensation according to collective agreement. What Happens Next?
