About the Workplace
Studion offers daily activities according to LSS provision 9 §10, user group 1. The activities consist of group activities focused on creative work, drama, music, and film.
The facilities are located by beautiful Järla lake with good public transportation access. The activities are held on two floors: a performance space on the ground floor and a studio on the first floor.
About the Position
We are now looking for a support assistant who wants to be part of a dedicated team and contribute to meeting care recipients' needs and capacity for development.
This is a permanent position at 50% distributed over 2-3 weekday shifts per week and is thus well-suited to combine with other activities. A six-month probationary period applies.
Your responsibilities include:
Leading group activities within one of the program's focus areas.
Providing support to care recipients according to established routines.

You have the ability to motivate individuals while respecting their interests, participation, influence, and promoting independence.
You have the ability to use creative leadership to create meaningful engagement that leverages individual resources.
You have the ability to establish clear and meaningful routines.
You have the ability to create safety and predictability.
You have the ability to meet individuals' needs with a calm approach.
You understand the importance of communication and can ensure individuals' right to communicate on their own terms.
It is a merit if you have interest in and/or experience with drama, music, or filmmaking.
