We're now looking for a key person for our embroidery production and warehouse/packing—a practical team player who wants to learn an exciting craft and help keep our workflow running smoothly! About the Role and Your Responsibilities As a production associate, you'll have an active and varied day working with both your hands and digital machines. You'll be an important part of ensuring our customers' orders turn out perfect, from the base product through refinement to final packed shipment. Your main tasks will include: Operate our embroidery machines and create personalized gifts and branded products. Receive incoming shipments, unpack and organize inventory in our warehouse. Assemble sports awards such as trophies, medals and statuettes so they're ready for delivery. Pack and ship completed orders so they reach our customers in perfect condition. It's good to know that we periodically have high workload periods with a lot of balls in the air. This is a full-time permanent position where we hope you'll want to grow and thrive with us for a long time to come. Who We're Looking For We believe the right attitude, attention to detail and teamwork matter more than a perfect CV. If you're practical, enjoy active work and have an eye for detail, you'll be a great fit with us. We're looking for someone who has: Good computer skills: You feel comfortable in digital environments since our embroidery machines are controlled via computer programs. Practical skills and attention to detail: You enjoy working with your hands, are careful in your work and like order and organization. Great willingness to learn: You're curious and unpretentious—we'll teach you everything you need to know about the machines, embroidery techniques and assembly on site! A natural drive and interest in developing/improving processes and routines for greater efficiency. Very good Swedish in speech and writing. Stress tolerance and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once without getting overwhelmed. It's a plus if you have: Previous experience with embroidery, textile handling, assembly or warehouse work.
