About the Position
Do you want a meaningful job where your creativity and positive energy make a real difference every day? We're now looking for a personal assistant for a happy 18-year-old guy living in Malmö.
Who are you?
Our guy has multiple disabilities and needs your help with everything in his daily life. This includes everything from personal care and hygiene to communication and activities.
To fit the role and get along well with him, you need to be:
• Caring: You are attentive, trustworthy, and always prioritize his well-being and security.
• Resourceful and creative: You have a knack for coming up with fun activities adapted to his abilities.
• Communicative: You have patience and the ability to interpret signals and body language.
Who is the guy you'll work with?
He's a guy who spreads a lot of joy and loves attention! His absolute biggest interests are music, crafts, and swimming in his pool. We'd love for you to share his passion for music and aren't afraid to be yourself, sing along, and create a fun and enjoyable everyday life.
Qualifications
• Experience with similar work or care training is a plus, but your personality is what matters most.
• You speak and understand Swedish well, as communication is central.
• You are a non-smoker.
• No allergies, as the family has a dog, and you're not afraid of dogs either.
Scope and Work Schedule
The position is 75% with a rotating 4-week schedule that includes weekday shifts 15:30-22, night shifts 22-08:25, and weekends (varying hours).
