About the Role As an engraver and customer service representative, you'll have a central role with varied daily responsibilities. You're our face to customers while also being the person who, together with colleagues, actually creates the finished products. Your main tasks include: - Welcoming and assisting customers in the shop as well as answering questions and receiving orders via phone and email - Preparing originals and performing engraving on a wide range of materials and products - Sharing responsibility for inventory management and purchasing - Contributing your own ideas to improve our daily routines and drive the business forward It's good to know that we periodically experience high workload with many things happening at once. About the Position and Employment This is a full-time temporary position. You'll start with us as soon as possible after week 35 with introduction and training, and the temporary contract runs through August 31, 2027. For the right person, there are excellent opportunities for a permanent position if everything works out well and we enjoy working together. If you're technically curious, organized, and genuinely enjoy helping people, you'll be a great fit with us. We're looking for someone who has: - Good computer skills: You feel comfortable in digital environments and easily pick up new systems and programs - High social competence: You're motivated by providing warm, professional, and solution-oriented customer service - Strong desire to learn: You're humble and curious; we'll teach you everything you need to know about machines, software, and engraving on the job! - Excellent Swedish in speech and writing - Stress resilience and the ability to juggle multiple tasks without losing organization It's a plus if you have: - Previous experience with graphic software. We work daily in CorelDRAW and Lightburn - A natural drive and interest in building smart routines and developing the business overall - An interest in sports and community engagement What We Offer You'll become part of a tight-knit and unpretentious team of 6-8 people where we pitch in where needed and support each other.
