For fifteen years, Genero has supported the public sector with qualified consultants and interim solutions within finance functions. During this time, we have built a reputation as a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and long-term partner – and now we want to grow. Our expansion is driven by a clear need in the sector: competent finance professionals who can strengthen public sector operations in transition, ensure quality, and contribute to societal benefit. We are now seeking a requirements coordinator for one of our major clients. You will be employed by Genero but will work on-site at the client's location. The assignment runs at half-time for two years with good opportunities to expand to full-time and extend the assignment. The assignment involves serving as an overarching support resource for the group's projects on matters relating to technical requirements specification, requirements tracking, and compliance with the client's requirements management process. This may include both shorter engagements in a single project as well as dedicating a larger portion of your time to a specific project over a longer period. The role will be shaped based on your competency background and the projects' needs. For you to function and thrive in this role, it is required that you are communicative, well-organized, and comfortable managing multiple parallel tasks and stakeholders. Mandatory requirements for the position: At least 4 years of experience as a requirements manager, requirements coordinator, requirements analyst, requirements engineer, or similar within infrastructure projects in the planning or implementation phase. A requirements manager, requirements coordinator, requirements analyst, requirements engineer, or similar is someone who has worked with systematic requirements management at the overall project level. At least 2 years of experience from at least one project within public sector operations. Documented training in requirements management and configuration management. (Verified with training certificates submitted with your application). At least 3 years of practical requirements work experience in the Polarion REQUIREMENTS tool or equivalent requirements management software. Does this sound like an assignment that could suit you? Send a current CV and a brief description of how you meet the requirements for the assignment to [email protected] Selection is ongoing and positions may be filled before the application deadline expires.
