Senior Requirements Analyst We are seeking a senior requirements analyst for an assignment where you will play a central role in conducting a structured current state analysis of a business-critical area within a larger organization. The assignment includes mapping and analysis of business processes, information flows, system support, and integrations. The goal is to create a clear foundation for future target architecture, further development, and modernization of the area. You will work closely with business representatives and architects to understand the current state, identify areas for improvement, and clarify dependencies, gaps, and risks. The results of your work will contribute to a well-founded decision-making basis for the organization's continued transformation efforts. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct current state analyses and map the organization's processes, information flows, and system support. Analyze how different systems and integrations work together within the business area. Conduct interviews and workshops with business representatives and other stakeholders. Identify areas for improvement, dependencies, gaps, and risks in existing practices and system landscapes. Document and model processes, information flows, and business requirements. Compile analysis results and develop decision-making materials for continued development and modernization. Work closely with architects and other specialist roles in analysis and investigation work. Contribute to describing the current state and conditions for future target architecture. Present analyses, conclusions, and recommendations to various stakeholder groups. Requirements ProfileAt least 8 years of experience in business analysis, current state mapping, and qualified investigative work. At least 5 years of experience in documenting and modeling processes and information flows. At least 2 years of experience working with ERP systems or equivalent business-critical enterprise systems. Experience planning and conducting interviews, workshops, and analysis work with multiple stakeholder groups. Documented experience analyzing complex system landscapes, integrations, and system dependencies. Ability to shift between detailed analysis and a comprehensive holistic perspective. Strong ability to document and present complex information in a clear and instructive manner. Desirable QualificationsExperience with major ERP platforms and complex enterprise systems. Experience with financial processes, payment flows, or other financial business processes. Experience from larger organizations with complex system landscapes.
