Ensure that all requirements and changes are properly documented in requirement specifications and user stories. Your Qualifications: We are looking for someone with: Multiple years of experience with: Requirements analysis in IT projects, preferably in complex and mission-critical operations. Requirements analysis in system development projects and integration-heavy environments. Developing and managing service contracts (or equivalent) to describe technical interfaces and integrations, both internally and externally. Working in agile environments and the ability to break down requirements/needs into smaller work packages that create value for the business or are testable. Working in Confluence. You should: Have an understanding of technical system architectures and integration platforms, with the ability to analyze and communicate technical dependencies and constraints. Have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders. You have a good ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Work thoroughly and systematically with the ability to manage and prioritize requirements in a dynamic and complex environment. Both see the big picture and understand the details to ensure that requirements and solutions are properly designed. Have strong drive and can independently identify and tackle necessary work tasks. Have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Have at least a high school diploma.
