Responsibilities As a requirements analyst, you will be part of a team that manages and develops system solutions for KTH's various operations. Your responsibility is to plan, lead, and conduct activities that enable the team and vendors to understand the needs behind and requirements for the system solutions. You will conduct requirements analysis and formulation together with representatives from the business units. Based on this, you play an important role in formulating the team's objectives and defining solutions. Benefit analysis, evaluation, and prioritization in relation to the team's resources are naturally integrated into your working approach. In this role, you will also: Document, maintain, and disseminate relevant information about target operations and identified needs and requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders on how information about operations, its needs, and requirements should be interpreted. Follow up on goal and requirements fulfillment with clients and other key stakeholders. Qualifications Required At least 3 years of combined current work experience as a business developer, business analyst, requirements analyst, requirements manager, or equivalent. Work experience organizing and leading workshops for process mapping and needs and requirements gathering. Work experience formulating and communicating needs and requirements according to established models, such as user stories. Work experience evaluating and prioritizing needs, requirements, and measures according to established models, such as impact mapping, benefit analysis, or equivalent. Very good ability to express yourself orally and in writing in Swedish and English (will be verified during potential interview). Academic education or other training and/or experience that the employer deems equivalent. Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is relationship-building and can collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. You are self-driven and take responsibility for your tasks, while maintaining a holistic perspective and understanding how different parts of the organization connect. The role requires you to be quality-conscious and deliver thorough work, as well as being organized and able to manage multiple parallel tasks efficiently. Meritorious At least a bachelor's degree from a college or university. At least 3 years of combined current work experience with business analysis or requirements analysis. Work experience as a business analyst, requirements analyst, requirements manager, or equivalent for the development or management of digital solutions for finance or HR processes.
