About the Position This is a full-time consultant assignment lasting 9 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at SITS. There are good opportunities for extension of the assignment and for you to eventually be directly recruited to SITS International. About the Company SITS International is a non-profit foundation that operates a leading global patient registry and network of international specialists in stroke. The goal of the organization is to globally improve the quality of care for stroke patients and to develop and advance knowledge in the field by conducting world-leading research in stroke care and treatment. The administrative office for the organization is located at Clinical Neuroscience, Karolinska Institute in Solna. Responsibilities As an administrative assistant at SITS International, your main area of responsibility is to support, manage, and maintain international networks, coordinate activities for the chair of SITS International, and handle organizational administration. You also share responsibility for user support, which includes handling user inquiries, planning and conducting user training, and performing basic troubleshooting. Furthermore, you administer research projects run by KI and the chair of SITS International. You are also responsible for organizing bookings and travel related to meetings for the chair and others at SITS International. Over time, you will also prepare network reports, presentations, and newsletters for internal and external use, as well as plan and arrange network activities and develop and order marketing materials. The role also includes taking meeting notes and action items during meetings, and organizing national and international conferences and meetings. The role includes ordering office supplies, scanning invoices, managing mail, and supporting the team with various tasks. Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities • Previous work experience in administrative work in a coordinating role • Secondary school education • Good computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing • Post-secondary education is a merit • Experience in project management is a merit To thrive in the role, you have a talent for planning and structuring your work and an ability to quickly find solutions to problems that arise.
