Your responsibilities We are now seeking a coordinator for the Reception Group for Introduction Programs (IM) who will both work with guidance and reception of students to non-selective introduction programs and serve as system administrator for our Prorenata system (the non-medical part). The work involves a combination of meeting with individuals and creating and developing sustainable methods around the use of Prorenata. In your role as coordinator meeting and guiding students, you will also have other responsibilities, such as signing agreements for intercommunal compensation and agreements for SIS-placed youth. You will work closely with the Municipal Activity Responsibility. The system administrator role includes, among other things, creating and adjusting permissions for principals and non-medical staff in the student health teams of primary and secondary schools. You will also be responsible for introduction and continuing education as well as support in the system for school users. The role also involves ongoing collaboration with IT and the system provider as well as participation in administration meetings. The assignment includes developing, compiling, and analyzing reports, updating the manual and system templates. You will work closely with the system administrator for the medical student health services. In the work of the Reception Group, you will follow an established annual cycle and developed procedures. You have the freedom to plan and carry out your work independently but in close collaboration with other coordinators within both the Reception Group and the Municipal Activity Responsibility. The work involves a good deal of administrative tasks and systematic development work is ongoing continuously. Your workplace Central Student Health is a cross-administrative interprofessional unit that supports, develops, and coordinates activities in preschools and schools based on the child and student health mandate. The Reception Group for Introduction Programs (IM) consists of four employees who primarily work with placement/reception of students to secondary school introduction programs. Organizationally, the Reception Group belongs to Central Student Health with the Education Office as the workplace. In day-to-day work, the Reception Group for Introduction Programs and the Municipal Activity Responsibility work closely together to best utilize everyone's competencies. What we're looking for We are seeking you with a teaching degree, and if you have further education in special education, we see that as a merit. We want you to have experience in student health work and to have worked in a student health team. We also want you to have experience working with Prorenata or similar systems. If you have experience working with students in middle or secondary school and have knowledge of secondary school introduction programs, that is a merit. You have good knowledge of the school system, and if you have experience with guiding and coaching conversations with young people, that is a merit, as is if you have experience working with youth with NPF. It is also a merit if you are accustomed to collaborating across professional boundaries and in networks, and the role requires a flexible working approach. The position requires good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as you have significant contact with civil servants and citizens and perform documentation. The position also requires good computer skills and experience with documentation. You will work in several digital systems. It is a prerequisite for the position that you have good knowledge of legislation relating to schools. A valid driver's license category B is required. In your role as coordinator, you should be comfortable making administrative decisions. As a person, you are secure and stable with good self-awareness. You work well with other people and have an easy time understanding young people's situations and perspectives, while creating and maintaining a professional relationship with young people/students, guardians, and partners. As a person, you are calm, attentive, and accommodating in your interactions. Through your attentiveness, interest, willingness, and ability to help others, you strive to deliver solutions.
