Job duties: - coordinates child group activities (children 1-6 years old) - is authorized to submit applications for subsidies, applications to change approved subsidies for child group operations, to stop their payment or to withdraw them, and is further authorized to maintain contracts with parents and submit occupancy reports of capacity places for the previous calendar month in the Child Group application, - prepares internal rules and plans for education and care in the child group, - is responsible for implementing the education and care plan, - manages, leads and supervises the work of subordinates, - ensures public relations, creates information materials, - organizes daily programs for children and leisure activities, - cares for children according to the education and care plan, - applies pedagogical methods and forms of work with regard to the child's age, - resolves situations in the child group from a pedagogical-psychological perspective, - leads education with regard to children's special educational needs, adheres to ethical principles in childcare work and guides the child toward moral values, - resolves unfavorable educational situations from a pedagogical-psychological perspective - applies knowledge of developmental stages and child socialization in practice, - resolves unfavorable educational situations from a pedagogical-psychological perspective - develops general methods in education and learning in the area of children's leisure time, - maintains contact with parents of children, continuously informs them about activities and any educational and health problems, - maintains educational and operational documentation according to the child group's operational rules, Employee benefits: meal allowance, possibility of personal evaluation after probation period Send CV by email.Additional requirements: pedagogical or healthcare education, or professional secondary education and professional qualification "childcare worker in child group" Gross monthly salary / based on experience Employment contract for a fixed term of 1 year.
