Night Patrol operates on behalf of home care units and provides nursing, health, and medical care services, as well as responds to security alarms in regular housing throughout the city. Night Patrol has 35 employees and operates from the office at Hamilton House on Drottninggatan 136.

Job Responsibilities
During your work shifts, your task is to be responsible for planning incoming services and managing absences/staffing. To be supportive, guiding, and instructive in various situations that may arise. You will work with varying tasks as you will administer and manage operations. During the night, you work most of the time as a nursing assistant with care work.
The role includes collaborating with home care units, and part of your time you coordinate introductions for new employees and evaluate temporary staff.
You should understand and work towards maintaining a balanced budget and be involved in driving improvement work together with colleagues and your unit manager.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and has proof of protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare, or can certify that you had a permanent position as a nursing assistant on July 1, 2023. You have good computer skills and documentation experience, as well as good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. The work requires that you are accustomed to delegating tasks and you need to have good administrative ability.
We would like to see that you have experience working with Medvind scheduling system and Life Care provider. A B driver's license is a requirement.
It is meriting if you have experience of equivalent work.
