Be part of developing education of the highest quality Are you interested in working with student recruitment in a role where web, content, and coordination are central? We are now seeking a thorough and well-organized person for a one-year parental leave replacement position with a focus on the digital presence of our educational programs online, targeting both current and prospective students nationally and internationally. Your Role In this role, you will primarily support our educational programs in developing and quality-assuring program and course texts for prospective and current students. These texts are a central part of how we reach our prospective students and require careful, structured, and administrative work. You will also support work on course and program websites, where you coordinate a network of administrators and follow up to ensure content is updated according to shared guidelines. A significant part of the position involves ongoing review, updating, and quality assurance of website content. The role requires administrative skills and involves coordinating, following up on, and supporting many different actors within the organization. You will also participate in work with our CRM system related to student recruitment, as well as in activities directed at prospective students, such as digital fairs and webinars, where you contribute with support and coordination. Additionally, you will participate in work with student-focused content and contribute to the unit's work with support and activities for prospective students all the way through to alumni. This position is a one-year parental leave replacement starting as soon as possible. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who has: relevant university education documented experience working with web and publishing excellent language skills in both Swedish and English good administrative skills You are thorough in your work and thrive in a role where structure, administration, and quality are crucial. You have a strong ability to support and coordinate work with others. Experience from working in the higher education sector and with student recruitment is a merit.
