Assembly Coordinator

Description:

Work Location: Chrudim Field Assembly Coordination: You will be the primary contact person for assemblers and maintain oversight of project progress. You ensure that everything needed is available at the job site and manage daily operations with the team so that assembly stays on schedule. Site Handovers: Using a clear company checklist, you will physically take over construction sites from the site manager and hand them over to our assemblers—you'll verify readiness, take photos of the condition, and sign the protocol. Logistics and Material Delivery: You will plan and organize component deliveries to job sites. For smaller and urgent items, you'll load them into a vehicle and deliver them yourself (including driving with a larger trailer), and for large shipments, you'll coordinate with external logistics providers. Completion Support: You'll be the right hand of our commissioning technician during final testing and equipment startup. You'll document any minor defects and ensure that assemblers clean up after themselves and return leftover materials to the warehouse. We use Google Workspace and our company information system for communication and record-keeping. What We Expect From You? Technical Background: Secondary education in a technical field (mechanical, construction, or electrical trade is a major advantage, but overall technical knowledge and interest in the field are essential). Organizational Skills and Reliability: You'll gradually take on coordination of multiple projects simultaneously, so we're looking for someone with attention to detail, who follows through on tasks and keeps their word. Communicative: You'll interact with assemblers and site managers on large construction projects—professionally but with confidence in your own judgment. Active Driver (Class B, ideally also E): We drive to job sites, so a Class B driver's license is essential. If you also have B+E (for larger vehicles with trailers), that's an advantage. If not, no problem—we're willing to help you obtain it during your probation period (fully covered by us).
