CASE MANAGER / COORDINATOR (CASE MANAGER) in the Náchod Region

Description:

We are looking for a team member who is enthusiastic about joining us for the project titled "Trauma Hurts Poor Children Too" and becoming a key person in working with at-risk families. In your role as a case manager, you will coordinate work with at-risk families, working most often directly in their homes. When needed, you will provide social counseling to families, facilitate contacts with related services, actively help families communicate with OSPOD, schools, and other professionals, collaborate with project therapists and psychologists, and work with other social workers and educators within the organization. Requirements: We are primarily looking for a loyal and empathetic person who enjoys helping at-risk families and has education in the humanities field (e.g., pedagogy, social work, psychology, etc.).
