We're now looking for a Repair & Maintenance Coordinator who wants to help ensure that our workshop with a large number of CNC machines runs optimally – every single day.
As a coordinator, you'll function as a hub between production, technicians, and suppliers. You'll keep track of both planned maintenance and unplanned downtime. The role involves significant responsibility and is perfect for you if you enjoy bringing order to complex workflows and want to make a difference in an environment where every hour of machine uptime counts.
Your main areas of responsibility
· Planned maintenance – create, update, and follow up on maintenance schedules for CNC machines and related equipment.
· Emergency repairs – coordinate efforts, troubleshooting, and resources during downtime.
· Documentation – record actions, machine history, and improvement suggestions.
· Internal coordination – be the link between production, operators, and technicians.
· Supplier contacts – book service, order spare parts, and ensure quality in external work.
Who are you?
We're looking for someone with experience in industrial maintenance or technical service. It's a plus if you have experience with CNC machines. You are organized, solution-oriented, and have a strong ability to prioritize and maintain order even when the pace is high. We see that you thrive and are driven by improving processes while being accustomed to communicating clearly with many different contacts.
