In the role of Coordinator at Chargebuddy, you will be the hub between customers, installers, suppliers, and internal departments. You are responsible for coordinating and following up on installations, administering order flows, and ensuring that both customers and partners receive a professional and smooth experience throughout the entire process. Your main responsibilities: Follow up on the influx of new customers and ensure the process runs efficiently. Handle customer contact before installations and ensure that correct information and prerequisites are in place. Handle incoming inquiries via chat, phone, and email. Administer order management and hardware orders. Coordinate installations and maintain ongoing dialogue with installers throughout Sweden. Handle invoice matters related to electricity agreements and energy services. Responsible for contact with partners regarding agreements, authorizations, and administration. Handle cases where authorizations or administrative processes require special follow-up. Collaborate with sales representatives, project managers, and other internal departments on special matters. Handle mail, returns, and other administrative tasks. Update and follow up dashboards, statistics, and internal reports. Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to the development of processes and methods. To succeed in this role, we believe you have: We would like you to have experience in administration or customer service. Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. Ability to create structure, prioritize, and follow up on tasks independently. Experience from energy, installation, technical, or construction-related operations is a merit.
