Valid until: 12/8/2026 Job Responsibilities: - Creating, preparing, and implementing cultural events and cultural programs for all age and interest categories - independently and as part of a team - Managing tasks related to dramaturgy, administration, and implementation of individual events and projects - Collaboration with the Marketing and PR department - preparing text materials for program offerings and monthly schedules, participating in promotional activities and media campaigns, and creating content for social media - Collaboration with the Operations department on personnel and technical support for events - service requests, event consultations, and other requirements - Collaboration with the Commercial and Economic department - annual budgeting, event scheduling, event calculations, invoicing documentation, and settlements What We Require: - Minimum secondary school education - Education in the field is an advantage - Professional experience in a comparable position is required; field experience must be documented - Broad cultural knowledge; familiarity with cultural operations is an advantage - Ability to communicate constructively within a team and strong organizational skills - Active work approach; own strategy and enthusiasm - Communication and presentation skills - Professional demeanor - cultivated spoken and written expression - Independence and attention to detail, systematicity, goal-orientation, work ethic, time flexibility and program adaptability, responsibility, stress resilience, reliability - Team player / team-oriented - Knowledge of basic grant systems at state, regional, and local government levels as well as EU grant programs is an advantage - Familiarity with the environment, city, and residents in various areas is an advantage - Good PC skills (office software, internet, email) - Class B driver's license - Criminal record clearance certificate required What We Offer: - Interesting work on projects and events in a creative and dynamic team - Opportunity to gain valuable experience - Personal growth - Human approach - Opportunity to use your own creativity and organizational skills - Autonomy in work and interest in your ideas Employee Benefits: - Meal voucher allowance, possibility of home office by agreement, pension/life insurance contribution, mobile phone and laptop, 5 weeks of vacation Contact via email.
