We are looking for a colleague for the position of Coordination Worker for Adaptation and Integration Courses to join our team at the Center for Support of Integration of Foreigners (CPIC) in Kladno. Job Responsibilities: Organizational coordination of mandatory adaptation and integration courses for foreigners Communication with all partners in course preparation (including instructors, interpreters, employers, etc.) Physical presence at courses - communication with participants, monitoring course duration and compliance with completion requirements Preparation and issuance of course completion certificates Administrative management related to course implementation Required: - Secondary education with school-leaving certificate - Communication, organizational, and administrative skills - Multicultural tolerance - User-level knowledge of PC work (MS Office suite) - Group B driver's license - active driving - Communicative English proficiency - minimum level B2 - Knowledge of other languages an advantage - Willingness to work also in evening hours and on weekends We Offer: - Responsible and interesting work - Part-time contract max. 20 hours per week including weekends (work schedule to be determined according to course dates - course implementation by agreement with the facility manager) - Reimbursement of travel expenses - Mobile phone with unlimited plan for both work and personal use, notebook - Possibility to use discounted mobile plans for family members as well Contact by phone - Mon - Fri - 8:00 - 15:00 or by e-mail.We are looking for a colleague for the position of Coordination Worker for Adaptation and Integration Courses to join our team at the Center for Support of Integration of Foreigners (CPIC) in Kladno.
