What awaits you with us? - Communication with customers in Ukrainian and Czech over the phone. - Resolving their questions, requests, and issues related to our services. - Recommending and selling O2 products and services based on customer needs. - Working in internal systems and providing administrative support for requests. - Collaboration with a friendly team that will support you from day one. We're looking for you if: - You speak Ukrainian and Czech fluently. - You enjoy working with people and can listen and offer advice. - You're not afraid of phone calls and can conduct pleasant conversations. - PCs and AI are second nature to you. - You're eager to learn new things and find solutions.
