Quality Control Inspector - Mechanical Manufacturing (M/F)

Work Location: Krokova 767/6, 405 02 Děčín Job Responsibilities: - Incoming, in-process, and final inspection of manufactured parts according to technical documentation - Verification of dimensional and geometric accuracy - Measurement using manual measuring tools (caliper, micrometer, bore gauge, dial indicator) - Evaluation of non-conforming products and proposal of corrective actions - Preparation of inspection protocols and maintenance of quality records - Participation in internal audits and adherence to quality management system per ISO 9001 Requirements: - Secondary/tertiary technical education (mechanical engineering) - Advanced proficiency in reading technical drawings and tolerance systems - Practical experience with measurement and evaluation of geometric tolerances - Knowledge of quality management processes per ISO 9001 - Independence, diligence, and technical thinking Advantages: - Experience in precision mechanical manufacturing/toolmaking - Experience with 3D measurement (CMM) - Knowledge of statistical control methods (SPC) - Knowledge of foreign language (English or German) for work with technical documentation and customer communication Benefits: - 5 weeks vacation, 2 sick days - bonus for perfect attendance - pension contribution up to 1,500 Kč monthly, meal allowance at company canteen/meal voucher flat rate - transportation allowance for employees from outside Děčín Contact: Mgr.
