To meet this need, we are now looking for a control engineer/inspection engineer who wants to help us build further in this area together with us. About the position You work closely with customers on inspection of pressure equipment, both new and existing. The role suits you if you like taking responsibility for your assignments, building long-term customer relationships and helping develop our presence in Skåne at a pace that feels sustainable. We are open to several arrangements: Full-time employment Part-time Hourly employment in the initial phase Consultant arrangement if you have your own company Who are you? You are used to taking responsibility for the whole picture, leading teams and collaborating with colleagues, consultants and customers in a humble way. You don't just want to maintain, but also contribute with new ideas and be part of our shared journey forward. As a person you are structured, quality-conscious and proactive. Have experience as a control engineer or equivalent competence Enjoy working in a customer-focused and technical role Are proactive, thorough and solution-oriented Want to help develop our operations in Skåne Preferably work flexibly at the start, either as a consultant/own company or on an hourly/part-time basis working towards full-time.
