To meet this need, we are now looking for a control engineer/inspection engineer who wants to be part of building further in the area together with us. About the position You work close to customers with inspection of pressure equipment, both new and existing. The role suits you who likes taking responsibility for your assignments, creating long-term customer relationships and contributing to developing our presence in Scania at a pace that feels sustainable. We are open to several arrangements: Full-time employment Part-time Hourly employment in the initial phase Consulting arrangement for you with your own company Who are you? You are used to taking responsibility for the whole, leading teams and collaborating with colleagues, consultants and customers in a humble way. You don't just want to manage, but also contribute with new ideas and be part of our shared journey forward. As a person you are structured, quality-conscious and proactive. Have experience as a control engineer or equivalent competence Feel comfortable in a customer-facing and technical role Are proactive, thorough and solution-oriented Want to be part of developing our operations in Scania Preferably work flexibly initially, either as a consultant/own company or on hourly/part-time basis on the way to full-time.
