JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Do you have an eye for quality and want to work with reviewing EU support processes? As a controller with a focus on internal controls, you will have a central role in ensuring that Sweden's EU funds are managed correctly and efficiently. We are now seeking two controllers with a focus on internal controls of EU support processes! You will work with conducting controls of EU support management at the Swedish Board of Agriculture and other authorities to ensure that the management meets the regulatory requirements. As a controller, you have an important role in quality-assuring work with the supports at various levels. Your work as a controller may also include conducting internal audits of ISO 27001 based on the requirements for internal audits in the ISO 27001 standard with guidance from ISO 19011, as well as certain post-control audits for market support. In your work, you will have contact with various units within the Swedish Board of Agriculture, other authorities, and support recipients. You will be part of the accreditation and accounting unit, which is responsible for accreditation, internal controls, coordination of audits, and requisitions, reports, and follows up on funds in relation to the EU Commission. The unit is also involved in business development and work on the upcoming program period 2028-2034. The unit has 15 employees divided into three teams: accreditation/audit coordination, controller, and internal controls. The teams have main responsibility for their respective areas but collaborate and help each other as needed. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking someone with relevant post-secondary education in areas such as economics, law, or equivalent competence that we assess as equivalent. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a fundamental requirement. It is advantageous if you have experience with audit work or have been involved in developing new working methods. If you have worked with EU regulations or ISO standards, that is also advantageous. We place great importance on your personal qualities and are seeking someone who is results-oriented, structured, and analytical. You have the ability to see logic and connections in complex information and drive your work tasks forward.
